What Work From Home jobs are there?

There are a lot of options when it comes to working from home. Whether it is a personal business, freelancing or working remotely, there is a lot to know. There are not as many work from home jobs as imagined, however, opportunities are growing. Nowadays a lot of computer-related jobs have the opportunity to work from home, including freelance writing, graphic designing and translating. Many of the roles available start out working in an office, but after a while, employees are able to arrange with their employer to work a couple of days or every day at home. There are companies that hire employees directly to work from home to save costs, but the range is so large, it is easier to search according to the subject field “interested in” e.g. customer service

Work from home job requirements

The requirements depend on the type of job applied for. For example, in order to become an online tutor, employer’s expect at least a Bachelor’s degree. Whereas when it comes to copywriting and contenting writing, a portfolio with a good range of examples is beneficial to getting the job. However, if an applicant is applying to become a call centre representative, employers will simply require GCSEs (and sometimes A-Levels) as well as previous work experience in the industry. Candidates may be required to work in an office before potentially beginning to work from home part-time.

Work from home job trends
