A Zero Hour Contract is a contract between employee and employer agreeing that when work is offered to the employee, they are not obliged to accept the request. Similarly, the employer doesn’t have to offer you hours if they don’t want to. There is no fixed income when it comes to zero-hour contract jobs, but it can be beneficial for flexibility. Zero-hour contract jobs exist for retail assistants, bartenders, chefs, waiting staff.
