Role Overview:
They are seeking a motivated and commercially focused
Desk-Based Account Manager to manage and grow an
existing portfolio of approximately 180 business accounts. This is a
fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for building
relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through
cross-selling and up-selling solutions.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to
expand services and products within existing accounts, ensuring
customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Work
closely with tech and projects to ensure appropriate solutions are
sold and implemented smoothly.
- Keep apprised of changing
technology and any additional value it can offer to the existing
customer base.
- Maintaining customer base as well as
upselling & cross-selling Telecom/IT products in view to hit monthly
and quarterly targets
- Undertake regular account reviews, to
be sure customers are aware of the full scope of our offering.
- Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to
the overall department target
- Assist with billing enquiries
- Manage contract renewals
Candidate
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a
similar role
- Strong workload prioritisation skills and
ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Telecoms/IT
