Role Overview:
They are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Desk-Based Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of approximately 180 business accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through cross-selling and up-selling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Identify opportunities to expand services and products within existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Work closely with tech and projects to ensure appropriate solutions are sold and implemented smoothly.
  • Keep apprised of changing technology and any additional value it can offer to the existing customer base.
  • Maintaining customer base as well as upselling & cross-selling Telecom/IT products in view to hit monthly and quarterly targets
  • Undertake regular account reviews, to be sure customers are aware of the full scope of our offering.
  • Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the overall department target
  • Assist with billing enquiries
  • Manage contract renewals

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Strong workload prioritisation skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Telecoms/IT Industry
  • Results driven and customer service focused
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
