Role Summary
The PA to the CEO/Executive Assistant will support the CEO in various tasks, including data management, presentation creation, and direct communications. The ideal candidate will have a solid advertising background, experience in global markets, and proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with ChatGPT, adeptness in social media platforms, and comfort in using the telephone for direct communications are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage datasets, create presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to support strategic decision-making.
  • Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing both digital and direct telephone communications with stakeholders.
  • Utilize social media platforms and ChatGPT to manage the CEO's presence and engage with key audiences.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and documents with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate on and contribute to global advertising projects, bringing a wealth of experience and insight.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within the advertising industry or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, with capabilities in creating complex datasets and compelling presentations.
  • Experienced in managing social media platforms and utilizing ChatGPT for digital communication.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with comfort and proficiency in using the telephone for direct stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of managing confidential information with utmost discretion.
