Business Development Manager - Managed Networking Services
£70-80K Base with £140-160K + Car Allowance
You will already be a sales specialist in VSAT networks, Managed Networks, Satellite Communications, Terrestrial Networks and WAN Optimization
You will be working for a leading Satellite Communications company. Connecting Europe with converged satellite and terrestrial systems. Inventing the next award-winning technology. Creating solutions that shape the future of European communication market.
AS a Regional Sales Manager you will be involved in the Identification and development of new business prospects in Northern European region. for managed networking services. Including new business generation including pipeline and proposition development. Leading to the creation and closing of large, and complex, enterprise deals with new customers.
Required Key Skills:
Driven to work proactively to penetrate new territory (self-starter. Ability to comprehend & appreciate technical aspects of communications and networking. Ability to understand customer business and technical challenges Excellent presentation skills, and outstanding spoken and written communication skills. Ability to work at all levels, from board-level to engineer-level. High level of numeracy. Entrepreneurial and creative attitude.
Minimum 5 consecutive years in industry with experience in wide-area network direct sales, in Europe. Experience in sales of fixed-line terrestrial networks and managed services. Proven sales history in major corporate account sales (£0.5m+ deals), ideally within complex solution sales.
