Here at SEA LIFE London we are on the lookout for a Displays Supervisor to work within our Displays team. Responsible for the management, motivation and development of the Displays team, you will ensure that product excellence and standards of display presentations are consistently high. You will support the running and maintenance of all off show areas including quarantining and husbandry of our animals.

What we are looking for:
Dynamic, confident and self-motivated Strong communicator, both internal within the site and externally for media interviews or conference attendance Able to lead, develop and support our displays team in creating a centre of excellence in marine management, conservation, preservation, and education Significant experience working within the aquarium industry Robust knowledge of aquatic animal husbandry, life support systems operation and maintenance, animal behaviour and acquisition of animals Practical ability to create spectacular displays that deliver a highly immersive experience to all our visitors Good understanding of zoo licensing Experience in external vet liaison, treatment of livestock and quarantine procedures Strong understanding of our business requirements and how they relate to the displays team overall Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, with a dive qualification of PADI Rescue Diver or above At least three to five years experience in a public aquarium husbandry team is a must!
This role is permanent, based upon working 40 hours per week on a rota basis. Our attractions are open daily and so full availability is needed including weekends, bank holidays and peak holiday seasons. This role will also include the need to be on site after hours.
