Working on an exciting new project, lasting two years and beyond, involving the creation of a new site this Planning Manager role will be a critical position to the success of the project. The key responsibilities in this role include;
• A Planning Manager is required to coordinate the movement of new and existing employees in and around the business in line with the agreed budget• You will support the operations team in maintaining crew sheets and all internal and external movements of personnel including holidays, absence, shift changes and anyone entering or exiting the business• At the same time this manager will coordinate MTM engineers team which is responsible to calculate resource requirements for the site and support operations to align actual resource with required resource• Working to demanding deadlines, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining all official sign off documentation and liaising with the relevant stakeholders including facing off with the customer

• Resource planning• Oral communication skills (including attending / leading meetings, complex presentations).• Educated to high school (secondary) standard• Waterfall & budget creation and management
