You will be responsible for harnessing our existing success in the UK as well as that within the US and growing the EMEA markets. Staying in tune with the experiences customers have with Outreach, so that you can apply these learnings to your strategies.Using and learning about the product to enable you to support your team, strengthen conversations with prospects, and ensure that use cases and sales strategies are on point. Attending and leading industry events to position Outreach as being an innovative leader with regards to sales techniques. Ensuring your direct reports are product expertsTeam growthEffective interviews that will enable you to assess, identify and develop high-caliber sales reps. Actively promoting Outreach as an employer of choice, encouraging an increase in quality in-bound applications.Running performance reviews and other team engagement and development strategies, ensuring that the skills and careers of individuals grows over time. Empowering your direct reports to succeed through training & motivationIdentifying strengths and weaknesses in your direct reports, and coaching appropriatelyGiving actionable steps to improve and track progress across weekly 1:1s with your direct reportsTeam managementEnsure revenue and other quantitative and qualitative standards are met across the Emerging EMEA team, by managing sales activity and identifying and actioning any opportunities, issues with a sense of urgency. Identifying deals that need additional support, and working with sales rep to craft actionable strategies to manage and successfully close the deal.Monitoring and measuring sales performance, working with your team and other teams to implement strategies to improve sales metrics. Listening in, partnering, and monitoring sales meetings/calls with the purpose of providing detailed feedback that will improve the performance of each sales rep.Coaching sales reps in order to help them outperform, in particular, helping to turn newly promoted Emerging AEs (previously SDRs) into effective closers.Joining calls and helping Account Executives remove barriers, while improving their customer and deal managementAllocating and organising accounts and territories to sales reps, ensuring each rep has the opportunity to challenge themselves and succeed.Acting as the champion for sales activity ensuring that your team is engaged and retained as a result of your leadership and vision, and that other internal teams are aligned to your team’s objectives and efforts. Sales best practiceImplementing sales processes, ensuring they are aligned to EMEA’s approach and visionTeaching new sellers how to manage a pipeline and balance deal closing with great prospectingWorking closely with internal teams and senior leadership across EMEA and the globe, to share learnings and maintain alignment.Contributing to the development and maintenance of an EMEA sales playbook and library of training materials, ensuring that both new starters and existing team members have access to everything they need in order to perform highly. Contributing to the Product, Marketing, Success, and other teams to help Outreach be a better company and platform, and in turn, make a bigger impact on our customers.ReportingKey metrics that will measure sales success.Implementing a reporting framework for your team to follow.Reporting on progress by territory and individual - identifying trends or bottlenecks and implementing mechanisms to improve results.Using your reports to accurately forecast activity and pipeline. Influential leader and coach -You know how to coach and develop individuals in a way that leads them to succeed as well as bringing other stakeholders with youWe think you’ll likely have these skills and attributes if you have the following experience:Managing a B2B SaaS sales team responsible for opening and closing and new business.Demonstrable success in driving a velocity in sales cycles combined with volume transactionsDifferentiating approach and metrics for inbound vs outbound sales reps to lead to successValues drive our behaviours and the decisions we make.
