How you’ll make an impact
In this role you will support our channel marketing managers to achieve the channel objectives by coordination and running marketing initiatives.
You will help increase the rate of growth across our Partner and small business acquisition.
What you’ll do
Manage acquisition programs that attract and onboard accountants and small businesses Maintain a close working relationship with the Sales organisation providing leads for their pipeline Manage asset production inline with our strategy and campaigns, writing briefs where necessary Manage and optimise relationships with existing and potential accounting bodies and media partners Working closely with the Events team, recommend and steer Xero’s participation in external trade shows, whether they be online, in-person or hybrid Collaborate with Partner Consulting and Education to create clearly described and well executed programmes that kickstart the journey for new partners to onboard their clients Report on campaign performance, share learnings and make recommendations based on results
What you’ll bring with you - Critical competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Firm understanding of the role of accountants in the success of small businesses Confidence to challenge constructively all levels of management Confidence and aptitude to manage internal stakeholders and external agencies A team player A desire to innovate and transform
What you’ll bring with you - Experience
At least 5 years managing acquisition campaigns Extensive experience in B2B marketing with demonstrable campaign and ROI examples Experience of leading campaign plans from start to finish Experience of working in a global matrix structure
