Overview
Our client is seeking a sales accounts manager to support in the development of our new and existing UK client account base, thus ensuring our continued expansion into the UK market. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to work for a fast-growing and dynamic company within the IT AV space.
Key Competencies
Minimum of 3 years’ account management or business development Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience within the AV / IT or related sector Own transport required. Experience selling turnkey solutions / Technical sales experience Evidence of success with a proven track record in business development Strong communication; able to professionally and confidently develop customer relationships over the phone with an exceptional telephone manner Able to establish relationships and a rapport with prospective clients Able to engage with decision makers at all levels Commercially astute; in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events Excellent time management and organisation Logical and prioritised approach to managing workload Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines Able to work methodically and independently Attention to detail Highly results- and target-driven
Primary Responsibilities
Your main role will be to identify new potential partners from a wide range of business types. On top of this, you will also develop a number of dormant existing client accounts, establishing and maintaining relationships with these customers and helping them to grow their digital signage and commercial display offering.

Typical day-to-day duties will include:
Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify potential new partners and markets Discovering business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, as well as researching and analyzing sales options Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Maintaining, supporting and encouraging growth in existing client accounts by researching and recommending solutions Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products Arranging conferences, meetings, and industry events with the support of the UK Sales Manager Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales demonstrations Developing quotes and proposals Identifying product improvements or new products by staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, market activities, and competitors Negotiating and renegotiating via phone, email, and in person
