Role Overview
As a Systems Trainer you will deliver organisation-wide training projects, supporting the implementation of new technologies and new ways of working through our Fit for the Future (FFP) transformation programme. To work in partnership with our IT provider and other partners and teams, to produce integrated, high quality training solutions.

Responsibilities will also include:
The delivery of successful end user (colleague) training and project training deliverables within the Fit for the Future transformation programme.
The delivery of high quality training within assigned transformation projects.
Applying established training methodologies, including but not limited to the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) approach.
Supporting the implementation of new IT solutions and ways of working, covering systems, processes, people and behaviours, soft skill education and knowledge transfer.
Delivering training as agreed within key training documentation (e.g. Training Strategy, Training Approach, Training Needs Analysis, Skills Matrices) and as required for our colleagues to be successful in their role.

More about you
You will possess:
GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English (Grades A* - C)
Learning & Development / Training qualifications (e.g. CIPD, TAP or equivalent)
IT qualifications (e.g. MOS or equivalent)
Experience of project systems implementation, e.g. rollout of new or upgraded software solutions.
Experienced in learning and development, through all stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE).
Experience in delivering training to different audiences, using different learning methods and techniques, with the ability to understand emerging and bespoke solutions
