Improve the overall quality of events by enhancing the AV offering. Encourage client and account team investment and buy in to new technologies through demonstrating innovative and immersive AV solutions. To add to the existing skill base and to lead by example best practice in all aspects of AV equipment. To support the Technical production manager and event manager and cover in their absence. In addition to this you will be a fully functioning Event Specialist working within our events team providing a broad range of event support activities in the field. Loading of equipment and preparation prior to the event, delivery and set up of equipment. This will be at your managers discretion. On site client interaction during an event, demonstrating product knowledge. Break event, return to site, follow up with feedback and actions post event.
We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
Day to day preparation of existing AV equipment and maintaining AV equipment of Event System
Ensure all equipment is ready for deployment as required by the Event Managers
Effect day to day repairs of equipment or arrange for specialist repair as required
Edit videos and assist on film shoots
Assist Technical production manager in planning and resourcing larger events
Complete paperwork in accordance with SOPs
Prepare quotes and job costs

Quote and proposal production
PowerPoint and MS Office at high level
Ability to travel extensively in the UK and occasionally out of the country
Ability to work weekends and antisocial hours (As and when required)
