We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

DHL Inside Track, manages a variety of company and promotional vehicle fleets for vehicle manufacturers in the UK. A Shared Service Co-ordinator role has become vacant in the team, based in Milton Keynes to support the bodyshop, workshop and Fleet Specialist teams who look after the Press fleet for 6 major brands.Key tasks include;

Create daily worklists for valeting, and vehicle inspectors, highlighting any short turnaround vehicles and requesting additional inspector support where volumes are high.
Input job sheets for body and smart repair work identified by inspectors into the Bodyshop Management System (BMS), and request parts to be ordered.
Create workshop job sheets in BMS for vehicle safety checks (DPCs) for all vehicles returning from bookings.
Request and raise jobs for defleet inspections, body and workshop jobs are to completed within a 10 day KPI before vehicles leave site for sale. Send work estimates to brand managers for authorisation, where repairs exceed the pre-approved cost limit.
Update in house vehicle management system audit trail with main and spare key locations, and vehicle mileages. Locate and provide keys to site driver team for the following days deliveries.
Pay road tolls for vehicles being delivered by site drivers. Log received PCNs, V5s and DVLA notices and road tax refund cheques.
You will be required to drive and park a variety of vehicles around the site at times, so confident driving is a key skill that is required.

Good Customer Service - ability to assess individual customer needs
An excellent problem solver
Hold a valid Driving Licence
Fleet experience (desirable but not essential)
Strong Administration skills
Knowledge of Excel and Word
