Nine times out of ten when you see a heavy-duty vehicle they are not at full capacity. When heavy-duty vehicles are not at full capacity, they throw unnecessary CO₂ into the atmosphere.
Our platform creates a Digital Network that enables loads to be delivered more efficiently, at a better price anwith greater quality than ever before. By successfully matching carrier capacity with available shipper loads in the platform, value is generated, promoting more transactions on the DigiHaul platform for optimisation and to create a virtuous cycle.

Support the DigiHaul Transition team in the following areas:
Support the Senior Transition Manager and Project Manager (PM) to coordinate Transition activities for both DigiHaul and DHL Supply Chain (DSC) within the Transition Programme
Utilise both waterfall and agile project management principles to support the Transition Programme with the
Writing clear and concise minutes, actions and decisions made in each meeting
Support the PM to regularly update the Transition Programme Plan and other project related activities in Planner / Project Online (daily basis)
Track key risks & issues in each meeting and update on Planner / Project Online with clear & concise terminology and in line with a structured risk & issue management approach
Track start and completion dates, owners and dependencies on the Transition Programme Plan (update with PM on Project Online / Planner)
What do you need?
• Previous experience in Project or Programme or Transition support role e.g. PMO / assistant / coordinator (essential)• Previous experience of working in a complex Project or Programme or Transition environment (essential)• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as good presentation skills (essential)• Individual must be extremely organised and structured, able to work under pressure and work efficiently in challenging timelines (essential)• Quick learner and able to complete tasks independently (essential)• Excellent attention to detail – accuracy of minutes / actions / risks & issues is very important (essential)• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, preferably with advanced knowledge of Project / Planner, PowerPoint, Excel and Word (essential)• Strong stakeholder management skills – in particular senior stakeholder management (essential)• Previous experience in logistics / knowledge of DHL Supply Chain / UK Transport and Freight industry would be advantageous (desirable)
