If so, we have an exciting new vacancy for a Workflow Analyst to join us on a permanent basis. This role can be based in either of our vibrant Glasgow or Manchester offices and we require an enthusiastic individual to become an integral member of our IT Department.
Due to the current Pandemic this will be initially home based only.
In this role you will create, monitor, and enhance Business and Collection workflows within the Latitude Core system. You will have a proactive approach towards the role by measuring the workflow performance and account activity, to obtain maximum processing speed and account exposure, ensuring they are processed in a timely and correct manner. Utilising SQL and the Latitude products to deliver business requirements and solutions that are channelled through the Change Advisory Board.
What will you be doing?
Accountable for the design of new workflows meeting strategic business goals which support the operational platform within Arrow Group Global Responsible for the design, development, continuous improvement of the end to end solution, involving Latitude Workflow, User Interface interaction, and other in-house and external applications and Interfaces required to aid Workflow Work with the test and technical teams to ensure that the business requirements are tested appropriately and can be implemented into Production Responsible for the design and development management of workflows required to support the Business processes and system development to maintain a fully functioning platform You will look for ways to improve and enhance the overall solution to deliver a more robust and cost-effective Collections and operational platform Participate in various governance meetings e.g. Change Advisory Board, Business Working Group to support and drive through changes that support and enhance the overall solution from a Workflow point of view Monitor and maintain Workflow management to ensure accounts are processed appropriately and accordingly Documentation of new and existing workflows for internal business reference Monitoring and auditing the issuing of letters throughout the assigned workflow. Communicating any workflow implementations to all levels of the business, through verbal and written means. Basic understanding of SQL code logic for ease of implementations.

Extensive operational understanding, business processes and financial experience understanding the end to end customer and account journey Experience of self-managing and workload management in an application support environment Ability to understand business complexity and application interdependencies. Strong motivational skills to deliver tasks in difficult circumstances Strong relationship management. Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused with excellent organisational Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems that may arise Strong analytical skills applied to understanding business functionality and translating them into application requirements Good understanding of SQL and Scripting skills desirable (training given) Comfortable managing small scale projects to time and budget if required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Innovative, ability to identify and suggest new ways of working.
