A new opportunity for a 1st /2nd Line Support Engineer has become available in North West London. We are looking for an experienced 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to support a large client base in London. They offer a training package alongside a personalised development plan.
You will be part of a busy service desk, manging incoming calls ideally resolving calls or escalating if necessary. You will need a can-do attitude, problem solving skills and excellent communication skills.
