2nd Line Support Analyst - French speaking We have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking 2nd line support analyst to join our client to help support one of their most important customers who has offices across the Globe. Focussing on the offices in Belgium and France you will have strong customer facing skills and be able to provide a high quality service at all times. Travel to Belgium and France is likely as well as Ireland and other UK locations so a flexible attitude towards working location is a must. Role requirements: High level customer facing skills - including telephone, video and face to face Fluent in French Flexible attitude towards travelling Experience of Microsoft products including Exchange/Windows/Office/Server/Sharepoint Active Directory experience Cisco technologies VMWare Office 365 Cloud technologies (Azure/Google/365 etc) 2nd Line Support Analyst - French speaking Due to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted.
