Join our clients team as an Production Administrator on a temp to
perm basis! Providing administrative and clerical support to the
Directors and Technical Managers you will play an integral role within
the business including assising with reglatory compliance tasks
Ideal skills and experience:
- Excellent
organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical
skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and
experience with operational software
- Intermediate to advanced
excel
- Data analysis
- Technical proficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and
clients.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to
work under pressure
Key responsibilities:
As a Production Administrator, your duties will involve a wide
variety of different duties providing support
- Generating
batch sheets for use in production
- Producing hazardous labels
for finished products
- Maintaining stationery supplies for
label printing
- Producing, editing & publishing technical
documentation for transport, health & safety, customer information etc
- Managing & effectively using our formulation database
- Dealing with and directing technical queries from customers
and clients
- Assisting with regulatory compliance tasks and
helping to develop systems for various quality and environmental
accreditations
- Providing administrative and clerical support
to the Directors and the Technical Manager
- Use of various IT
systems and packages
Hours of work:
Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break
Salary:
£12.60ph £24,180 per annum
