RECfinancial is hiring for our next superstar Recruitment
Consultant to join our growing team. The role is based at our idyllic
Leicester office which is based on a farm in the Leicestershire
countryside - we are less than ten minutes from Fosse Park / Junction
21 of the M1.
RECfinancial was established in 2021 and has
gone from strength to strength each year and is now a well established
player in the market. The business has grown organically, we are debt
free & self funded. We are a values-led business with 'Doing the

It's a
great time to join us, we have exciting growth plans over the next few
years. We are looking for our next two hires to join the team. We are
keen to hear from recruiters from any discipline who are looking for a
role in a professional services business.
Our roles can be
recruiting temporary or perms for our clients or a mixture of both
depending on the person's background.
Our roles are 360
and you will be working with existing and new clients. You will be
identifying and contacting prospective clients in your discipline to
build relationships and offer our services, alongside interviewing
candidates who are looking for assistance in their job search.
The role is a mixture of telephone, video call contact and also in
person meetings. To work best in our business you will need to be able
to build relationships and be memorable to our customers, we focus on
building long term relationships.
You will be efficient and
able to plan & prioritise. The role is mostly phone based. If you are
not comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to people then the
role is probably not suitable for you.

The role offers a base salary of between
£25,000 and £40,000 (Depending on experience) plus benefits.
