Full Job Description

Store Key Holder/Sales Assistant

Dynamite Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Full-Time Key Holder  for our prestigious client in London. This role is fantastic for retail candidates who are looking for their next step in to a Luxury Brand.

Salary: £13.81 Per Hour

The role is 37.5 hours per week, this is a fixed term contract between 3-12 months and has potential to stay on permanently. 

Location: Battersea (Northern Line)

The duties of a Key Holder:
  • Greeting customers, offering them product advice, and assisting them at the tills.
  • Assisting the team with inquiries, acting as a point of contact in the absence of management. 
  • Recording performance figures and implementing advertising or promotional activities.
  • Opening and closing the store, at the start and end of shifts. 
  • Cashing up at the end of the shift, reporting end of day figures. 
  • Handling visual merchandising tasks and ensuring all stock is displayed well, clearly and safely.
  • Acting in as management in the absence of senior staff members. 
Experience needed:
  • Advanced customer service is essential, this can be from retail or hospitality.
  • You'll need to be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking.
  • Strong PC skills are essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure and take pride in exceeding customer expectations.
