“ Police officers are spending as little as half their time on the beat” according to some reports last year. So what if a company could provide software which takes away the hassle of the necessary admin and back office tasks to allow frontline police officers to focus on their core responsibilities - preventing crime? Well if you were a sales professional for the company, you would write yourself on to the agenda for meetings with the Chief Constables within most UK police forces. You’ll need some sales experience in the technology world and you’ll need to have sold large complex solutions to blue light, police, criminal justice and/or critical responder markets or have experience selling enterprise software solutions in an account director capacity previously. This represents a fantastic opportunity to land a role with a recognisable brand in the space. JOB TITLE: Account Director LOCATION: Nationwide - London, Bristol, Birmingham, Reading, Northampton, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds PACKAGE: £85k basic, OTE £170k, car allowance, health, pension COMPANY INFORMATION Recognised leader in their field - a name which truly opens doors Profitable, stable division of the group Low staff churn, good prospects Already used and respected by leading organisations within the police, fire and rescue and ambulance sectors across the UK KEY EXPERIENCE You’ll need to have sold large complex solutions to blue light, police, criminal justice and/or critical responder markets or have experience selling enterprise software solutions in an account director role. Previous experience in an Account Director role Able to engage at C level Gravitas and the ability to network both externally and internally ROLE INFORMATION Account Director role - both new into existing accounts as well as net new business. Working from home - the manager’s mantra is one of autonomy and empowerment Success will hinge on your ability to build relationships with senior decision makers within the blue light verticals
