If the answer is YES – then you are someone we want to hear from!Your role as Account Support Executive, will be to engage remotely with National and Regional builders’ merchants across GB and Ireland to ensure customer retention and new customer focus to protect and grow our market share across the Renders, Flooring and Tile Fixing business.This role will see you working from our Head Office, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm totalling a 37.5hour week with one hour lunch break (unpaid). Although due to the current climate the role will be temporarily based at home.Duties will relationships and engaging with customers providing excellent levels of customer satisfaction through telephone activityBeing a dedicated point of contact; owning the customer relationship, through having a comprehensive knowledge of the customers’ account and facilitating the resolution of outstanding queries/complaints/claimsFollowing up marketing campaigns and ensuring customers are fully aware of new products, service offerings and sales promotionsPreparing and providing sales reports to discuss with customers as a basis to build opportunities to add value into the businessRecording, monitoring and managing all company, contact, and actions within CRM on a daily basis to ensure regular and effective communicationAt Saint-Gobain, we hire people who have five key qualities, known as our ‘Attitudes’:Passion for cultivating customer intimacy and building relationshipsAgility when dealing with problems and issuesOpen and encouraging nature and can steer focus towards customer expectationsEntrepreneurial when working on projects and new initiativesInnovative and able to generate ideas for building on what we’ve developed so farIn addition to the Saint-Gobain Attitudes mentioned above, suitability for the role is key.
