Admin Lead - Manufacturing Admin Lead – Manufacturing Rapidly evolving and growing family-owned manufacturing company that operates in the mining and defence sector is seeking a proactive and energetic Admin Lead to manage the administrative functions of the manufacturing process, including document control and quality assurance. This opportunity located north of the city will give the successful candidate proactive control over administrative best practice and an opportunity to make a difference within a company that promotes phenomenal opportunities for career progression. In an entrepreneurial business environment, your role will include but will not be limited to:  Control over work orders and all paperwork associated with managing extensive parts list in the manufacturing process Managing the document control for the business ensuring quality assurance and the accurate storing of information Data entry into the in-house IT system with the skills to interpret, report on, and analyse data Active participation in procuring a new MRP system which you will be involved in implementing and managing Working with the workshop and administrative staff encouraging teamwork and uplifting company culture. Assist in HR and safety- with active participation in the recruitment and induction process. Be the go-to person in the office who has their finger on the pulse and can drive the administration of the business. The successful candidate will:  Demonstrated experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment with an understanding of the manufacturing process High attention to detail Advanced Excel skills are essential Be proactive and show high levels of initiative with the ability to problem-solve Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive "can-do" attitude Administration experience with exposure to HR and QA Be a self-motivated positive individual who can absorb the existing wealth of knowledge and combine it with their eagerness to learn to continue to grow this position Be a committed, responsible, and reliable individual Have effective time management skills Will have the ability to adapt to and prioritise a number of ever-changing priorities.
