The Advanced Analytics, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) Programme Lead role is designed to leverage the power of data and advanced analytics, to drive maximum efficiency & value from GSK's global MMM Programme, and to develop & operationalise 'always on' MMM/Marketing Investment Optimisation solutions, making use of the latest tools and techniques available. To be successful in this role YOU will have proven expertise in managing & delivering Marketing Mix Modelling projects and Marketing Investment Optimisation analysis, effectively deploying advanced analytics solutions, and understanding business requirements, with the ability to partner effectively with data tech and transformation teams. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following... Lead the global MMM/Marketing Investment Optimisation programme, identifying, developing and applying the best practice processes & capabilities needed to ensure its success. Partner with local Analytics teams and the wider business to provide guidance, training, planning input and consultancy on getting the most value out of each MMM deliverable. Proactively share learnings and meta-analysis across the Insights & Analytics teams. Consult on local solutions to ensure consistency & integration with global capabilities & solutions. Partner with the Data Transformation & Tech teams to evaluate the feasibility of new solutions, and prioritise & consult on the most appropriate data sets, infrastructure and platforms, based on business fit for use requirements. Lead operationalisation of new MMM/Marketing Investment Optimisation solutions and drive full commercialisation of them to ensure maximum value is extracted. Quantify the impact of the programme on business decision-making on a regular basis, and ensure rigorous launch tracking with robust target setting & alignment to global standards. Collaborate with the Knowledge Centre lead to ensure optimal management of the offshore team based in India, ensuring right scope of work, prioritisation and quality of deliverables. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Extensive experience and a proven track record of building and delivering leading edge advanced analytics solutions, especially MMM/Marketing Investment Optimisation and attribution models and techniques. Successful track record of leading complex projects in matrix organisations. Strong commercial background and demonstrable ability of applying analytics to answer business questions & provide actionable recommendations Bachelors Degree in relevant field: Data Science/Analytics/Statistics/Marketing Experience in and a passion for projects involving big data and statistical models Expertise and knowledge of the latest BI software and applications, including visualisation tools Experience working 'Agile' Experience in working in a matrix structure and across teams globally and influence without authority Proved ability of translating large amount of data in actionable insights Ability to partner effectively with business teams as well as technical teams Strong oral and written communication Skills and ability to influence peers/upwards Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Masters in relevant field: Data Science/Analytics/Statistics/Marketing Application Details: Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
