Advocate Community Administrator (Marketing)
Advocate Community Administrator 12 months contract Inside IR35 position 100% remote working. Part of the Global Customer Advocacy organization, the goal of the Advocate Community Administrator is to be the daily face of the EMEAR program and ensure every advocate interaction is handled with a level of care and attention that embodies the client brand.The role will be instrumental in supporting an advocate marketing strategy & consistent experience Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute a strategic plan that aligns advocate activity to core global advocacy and business metrics and deliver value to the advocates Build a highly structured approach to advocate engagement, focusing on daily interaction with customer advocates and deepening relationships. Track and measure advocate activity and overall hub health by setting up bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly targets agreed by global advocate experience lead. Establish a calendar-driven program plan to optimize workflow planning and make resources more predictable. Work with content strategy lead on a detailed content calendar that focuses on engagement quality, not quantity Monitor the community and identify all customers advocates to be nurtured and mobilized. Work with agency to create "challenges" that mobilize customer advocates according to regional KPIs, priorities and opportunities. Manage reward program with relevant agency and define clear motivation strategy, including use of badge and perking system inside the community. Run daily, weekly and quarterly reports that show the broader organization the impact of customer advocacy Required Qualifications/experience: 1-2 years of customer marketing, reference management, and/or digital community management experience. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic and enthusiastic about new challenges Able to work with cross functional teams in a global organization Flexibility and openness to adapt An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or Communications (preferred) Trading as TEKsystems.
