Practice Site: Bell Equine Bell Equine Bell Equine is seeking an enthusiastic ambulatory vet to join our progressive 22 vet equine practice in the heart of Kent. This is a six month fixed term position though there is potential for it to be extended. The role can be full or part time but a minimum of 3 days per week is required. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year of ambulatory experience. Experience in stud medicine would be an advantage to assist with the forthcoming stud season You will be working alongside specialists in equine medicine, sports medicine, diagnostic imaging and surgery. We have excellent facilities (including MRI, Scintigraphy, electrochemotherapy and over-ground scope) together with comprehensive EVN support. We also have all the mobile equipment required to work up cases to a high level on the road when required. The OOH ambulatory rota is currently 1 in 12 full weekends, with a Friday off after working a weekend. 5 weeks' annual leave. Formal CPD (5 days per annum) is funded and encouraged and there is plenty of access to more informal internal CPD in the form of journal clubs, grand rounds etc. Salary will be commensurate with experience with RCVS subscription paid.
