Agile Working Options Other Agile Working Arrangements / Open to Discussion Role Description • Performs standard and non-routine administrative data processing tasks for leadership and gives colleagues advice on the proper performance of departmental processes.• Carries out prescribed internal client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures.• Reviews non-compliance issues within current compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and works with guidance to ensure solution of ad hoc problems within the assigned unit/(sub)discipline.• Delivers support services (mostly of a routine nature) by using customer systems and protocols.• Produces accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.• Creates, organises and maintains files for correspondence and records.• Prepares moderately complex documents by using multiple computer applications (such as Microsoft Office), while also gathering and summarising data for reports.• Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities.• Uses the internal communications system to access required information for specific purposes.• Follows existing procedures and precedents in determining the correct course of action for routine functional enquiries.• Accomplishes work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary. Additional Job Description This is an important role requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy and a desire for completeness when meeting challenging regulatory "hard" deadlines. The role offers the opportunity to interact with colleagues across the Islands business in addition to our business partners in the Ring-fenced bank who oversee and support the FATCA/CRS annual regulatory reporting process. Tax reporting is receiving an ever increasing level of focus/attention globally and that includes the tax authorities in the three Islands locations, so it is anticipated that the role will be required to support important initiatives and developments to meet our evolving obligations. Essentials: Solid customer service credentials/experience. Sound level of Excel knowledge and skills. Good knowledge of OCEAN & PBS banking systems. Able to work at pace when necessary to meet tight deadlines. Organised with good self-management. Willingness to learn about the Islands tax reporting obligations and other important related matters. Desirable: Ability to comprehensively solve problems. Solution driven and capacity to think "out of the box". Data manipulation skills. Tenacity.
