Business Support Assistant
12 months fixed term contract
Full time (37 hours per week) Monday to Friday

Salary: from £17,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience
About the Role:
We have an immediate requirement for a full time Business Assistant to join our large, friendly Adult Care Finance Team in Lincoln.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of variety and the chance to learn new things, then this is the role for you! The key element of your role as a business support assistant is to provide a general business support service to various clients in a flexible manner, ensuring that an effective, efficient and customer focussed service is delivered within required KPI, PI and activity timescales. You will work as part of a team using an adult care case management system for service users requiring Non Residential, Residential and Nursing Care. Duties will include dealing with routine correspondence and telephone enquiries of a personal and confidential nature pertaining to service users financial details and the payments to service providers and deal with incoming and outgoing post.

Knowledge of Adult Social Care would be advantageous. You will have responsibility for communicating to individuals and providers, so all that we ask is that you have a good level of education - GCSE C or above in English and Maths or proven literacy and numeracy skills as well as competences in Microsoft applications.
