We have won a number of contracts due to the exceptional quality of our FRA works as part of the refurbishment arm of our business. Within this, we offer you the opportunity to become FIRAS accredited within our organisation. You will be working on a full time, permanent basis and in return, receive a highly competitive package. The Carpenter Role: This opportunity is specialising in FRA works within domestic dwellings. We work on contracts/projects that could be based in Sussex, Surrey, Kent and London, therefore we are looking for someone who is happy to travel whilst also enjoys collaborating with a team and working with the public, whilst taking pride in delivering quality workmanship and making a difference in people's homes. Duties and responsibilities of the Carpenter role: Second fix carpentry work primarily within residential properties, but also, on occasion to include educational and commercial settings too Completion of FRA works including installation of fire doors upgrades and remedial works to specified standards This role is not limited to rehanging doors/fire doors and fitting intumescent fire strips, door closers and general blocking up of voids with fireproof material.
