Role overview

We are looking for a Change Manager who can join our team to design, drive and implement digital transformation programmes. This includes setting the change vision, defining the change journey, engaging leadership and stakeholders, understanding the change impact across operating models, designing solutions, preparing and exciting businesses for change through organisation design, ways of working, communications and training. Using a combination of tools, methodology and creativity, you will design and implement change management initiatives to maximise stakeholder adoption and minimise resistance. Your passion for digital, technology and fluency in agile practices as well as your knowledge about how to apply change methodologies to digital programmes will be key to the success of this role. You will work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary environments for project delivery and report to the Director of Strategy & Change. We are open to receiving applications from all levels of consultancy to management.

As a Change Manager at Palladium, we'd expect you to have:

  • An interest in user centred change, design thinking behavioural science and how we can approach change management from a different angle
  • A proactive, curious and an inquisitive mindset with strong empathy
  • Experience utilising innovation, creative approaches and continuous improvement to drive change management materials
  • Great stakeholder relationship management skills and experience of handling difficult conversations
  • Previous consultancy experience of driving change in digital projects which focus on operational transformation across people, process, technology and data
  • An understanding of the impact of new processes and technology on the business and design mitigating initiatives
  • Manage the day-to-day client relationship, steering and challenging clients
  • Experience mobilising, leading and coaching multi-disciplinary teams through project activities such as meetings, research programmes, stakeholder engagement, business analysis and summarising findings
  • Previous experience of managing the training and development of direct reports
  • Experience of supporting multiple projects with moving deadlines, high client expectations and autonomous freelancers

As a Change Manager at Palladium, you’ll:

  • Design and execute change management strategies for our clients across areas such as Brand and Communications, Change Readiness, Leadership Engagement, Organization Alignment, and Training
  • Define the future-state organisation model to support digital change - business capabilities, skills, ways of working, and workforce improvements
  • Engage and manage stakeholders with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
  • Design and manage Change Delivery Forums, Design Group and Champions network
  • Identify communication needs and develop internal programme communications across digital programmes
  • Create written communications for clients that are impactful and meaningful in a variety of media including reports and slide packs
  • Develop training and other change management materials related to changes in people, workplace, design, process, and technology
  • Manage and measure the successful adoption of new ways of working
  • Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change programmes
  • Inspire clients and teams in delivering high quality client work, with analysis and insight that makes good use of Palladium Groups methods and tools alongside personal experience from relevant previous projects
  • Support project contracts and scopes while working to agreed client budgets to ensure profitable engagements
  • Support business development - bids, responses to invitations to tender and preparing materials for client presentations and pitches
  • Build lasting relationships with existing clients, identify and qualify opportunities for new client projects
  • Support company development activities such as internal training, mentoring sessions and organise events
  • Support the Director of Strategy and Change in developing the client propositions
