Job Description We require an experienced Administrator with experience of working in an IFA Company to effectively assist and support a small Advisory Team in delivering an excellent and professional ongoing service to clients. Key responsibilities: Review scheduling and preparation * Ensure all client details and relevant review schedules are entered onto client management database * Ensure accurate valuation reports and review packs are prepared for adviser in a timely fashion * Evaluation of client profitability from system reports * Ensure all remuneration is added to the system, and that the correct level of remuneration is being received Client servicing/ongoing administration * Ensure all clients have annual review dates on client management database * Process incoming mail received from clients, or relating to a client, and update client management database accordingly * Ensure that all client queries are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible * Act as first point of contact for clients for all admin-related queries * Maintain and update all forms and templates * First point of contact for answering telephone * Assist with general admin duties during absence and holidays * Open communication with team and advisers * Ensure emails are dealt with promptly Key skills: Essential * Ability to work within agreed business processes * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work to deadlines * Able to work methodically, accurately and neatly * Good oral and written communication skills * Good IT skills * Ability to work to agreed outcomes without supervision * Ability to work as part of a team * Neat personal appearance * Ability to stay calm under pressure Desirable * Financial services experience * Understanding of financial planning process * Knowledge of Intelligent Office Qualifications (desirable): * CF1 certificate * Working towards Level 4 Diploma Benefits: * Salary?£22,000-£25,000 per year dependent upon experience? * Pension 3% Employer Contribution?? * Dependent?support?days? * 25 days holiday * Opportunity to study for a professional qualification Location: Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot Hours: 8:30-5pm, Mon-Fri
