The communications delivery team sits within a wider HR function of over 100 colleagues. Supporting the Managers in the Leadership, Talent and Engagement department you will deliver business communications to a high standard using a variety of channels to a diverse range of colleague audiences across the entire McKesson UK estate. This will be a busy and varied role where each day will be different. You will be confident in managing stakeholder expectations, be clear about outputs and be confident in working to tight deadlines. About you Whilst previous experience in a communications role would be advantageous, first class writing skills and the ability to engage an audience will take you far. You will have a good understanding of different colleague communications channels and a creative mindset which will drive you to explore design, video and photography tools. Communicating is a two-way process, you must be able to listen to what our colleagues are saying; what feedback are we receiving? What are is being said across our colleague channels? What are you going to do with this information? You must be capable of thinking about the audience. In addition, demonstrable experience of working to, and meeting, tight deadlines is key.
