About the role:
As a member of Estates and Facilities Services you’ll work within the Compliance Team at Anglia Ruskin University. Joining our small, flexible team, you’ll assist in delivering a comprehensive service and undertake routine planned maintenance to ensure Anglia Ruskin University is meeting it statutory compliance responsibilities. You’ll use your initiative to effectively evaluate priorities, completing tasks to deadline and contributing in maintaining a built environment which ensure a positive student experience.
You’ll have two A levels or Vocational qualifications at NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Ideally you’ll have experience of working within a large multi-site organisation. A self-motivated, effective team player with a ‘can do’ approach, you’ll have the ability to multi-task and will take a methodical approach to your work, maintaining effective communication skills at all times. Willingness to undertake appropriate training is essential.
