My client an established consultancy has exciting plans to grow the business and are looking for Consultancy Quantity Surveyor.

Please note this post is initially temp for approx. 4/5 months with a view to making the post a permanent one around April 2021

Following a restructure, the Consultancy Quantity Surveyor will support commercial schemes in the West Midlands.
The projects range from Inception right through to handover to the client. As QS you'll ensure that the clients requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget

You, the candidate :

Consultancy side Quantity Surveyor on build projects.

Well organised and work in teams. Assist a team to get outcomes against tight targets/deadlines.

Excellent rates of pay available, with competitive salary available should both parties wish to make the arrangement a permanent one next year.

Ideally candidates will be available at short notice, as my client has the opportunity to employ immediately
