A leading software development company is now seeking an experienced Content Writer to join their team based in Bristol. You'll be the voice of the company. Working with the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, you'll write compelling communications for all channels.


  • Write and edit content for all channels: website, email, internal docs, product pages, blogs, SEO, social media, long form guides, case studies, UX copy, presentations and propositions
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Upload content to systems using Wordpress CMS and Hubspot
  • Help manage PPC and SEO agencies
  • Work with our website developer to optimise the Helastel website
  • Help generate leads and new business
  • Keep up to date with trends in content marketing
  • Understand our audiences - potential customers, partners and industry analysts
  • Maintain a content plan and schedule

  • Write engaging content
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience in producing content for a marketing department or agency
  • Computer literate (we use Google's G-Suite, Hubspot, WordPress)

Desirable, but not essential:

  • Experience within B2B technology / software industry
  • Experience using Hubspot marketing automation platform
  • HTML & CSS skills
  • Experience in PPC / paid media and organic SEO
  • Experience with web analytics and reporting
