Contract Sales Office Assistant - Graham: The Plumbers' Merchant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Sales Office Assistant role to join us in our Canterbury branch, managing key customers to maximise profitability for the branch. By building successful working relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers alike, you'll ensure we consistently deliver excellent customer service.

Key day to day duties include:

Managing key aspects of customer's delivery, giving an excellent customer experience, working towards profit and sales targets
Developing and building a strong effective relationship for the business with the customer
Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
Ensuring all contracted KPI targets are met on a monthly basis
Understanding local market issues and managing customer feedback to continuously improve customers' experience with Graham
As well as helping developing local sales opportunities and supporting the branch team.

Have experience within the trade or a similar merchant industry, that would be an advantage, although we offer full product training.
Have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate at all levels.
Enjoy working as a part of an ambitious and dedicated sales team.
Can demonstrate experience of meeting Training and Competency requirements and be fully accustomed to using office and sales support systems.
