Clayton Legal is delighted to announce that our client, a reputable law firm with offices across the region are looking to appoint an Experienced Conveyancing Secretary or Assistant to join their Residential Property Department at Runcorn office and assist the Conveyancing Manager.

On a day to day basis this role will consist of assisting the Conveyancing Manager in dealing with the sales and purchase of residential property from initiation to completion, including general administration duties, Ordering searches/redemption figure etc.

The firm seek an accomplished and high calibre Legal Secretary or Assistant who has the capacity to handle working in a fast-paced environment. The desired candidate must be highly experienced in Conveyancing with at least 3 years working within Residential Conveyancing. Experience of working with PROCLAIM is desirable.

The salary for this position is depending on previous experience and staff benefits include 25 days annual leave.
