This is a remarkable opportunity to play a key part in the growth of a unique Creative Agency, InHouse.We are a diverse business that is committed to raising the profile and amplifying the voices of black and ethnic minority creatives.We’re looking for someone with strong experience of developing and executing an all-encompassing vision for fashion and lifestyle brands, one that must resonate with clients and with their audience on social media.Given the challenging retail environment with the increased competition, new communication platforms and a more global consumer, we’re looking for someone confident in conceptualising everything a brand stands for, from concept through to collection building, advertising campaigns, store design, social media strategy and brand collaborations. Demonstrate strong experience in fashion concepts, communication, leadership and industry-related technology along with a sound commercial understanding of varying markets and categories.To become part of the Inhouse team you will be:• Fluent in English• From either a Black or ethnic minority background Profile What will you do for us… · Defining The Branding Department KPIs in line with InHouse KPIs, develop smart tracking and measurement processes for the team with regular progress touchpoints to internal and client leads.· Identifying white space opportunities to grow the Branding & Creative teams influence and market.· Leading creative sessions for project kick-offs, work with teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals, responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the department.· Working closely with internal teams on briefs and with Leadership teams on pitches and presentations to clients.· Pulling together teams of freelancers within the collective for briefs according to skill sets and the clients’ budgets.· Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, working with our cross-functional team leads.· Have a strong understanding of market/trend analysis & brand building.· Establish creative direction from a strong foundation of consumer behaviour analysis and marketing.· Creative Brand Strategy - Building from the ground up Or Re-Launching & Refreshing· Understanding how to articulate brands ‘Why’ / Tone Of Voice & Aesthetic direction including Brand Guidelines, Culture & Processes· Understanding Ethics And Sustainability’s role in branding· Change Management for both clients and internal teams.· Creating Fashion Equation, Product Pillars & Product architecture· Identifying strategic brand partnerships and relevant, on-brand collaborators and Licenses.· Final Collection Presentation / Look Books & Launch Campaigns· Supervise critical path, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments – ensure design deliverables are met. · Mentor, manage and inspire the creative and marketing team – identify opportunities for development and training and cross-functional exposure.· Provide quality control over concepts and projects. We’re looking for someone who: Has compassion, integrity, a sense of humour, energy and want to be part of a purpose-led design agency with a desire to impact the diversity and inclusion in the industry.Is a creative, flexible and agile professional with strong management and communication skills. · Has 15+ years of relevant experience.· Has Been in a senior leadership role for at least five years.· Are strategic and conceptual thinker and creative problem-solver.· Has flexed across disciplines and understands cross-functional teams needs and is used to enabling strong, accountable working practices. · Strong skills in organization, time management and the ability to lead and inspire.· You’re an emotionally intelligent leader who provides insightful and inspiring guidance and mentoring to your team.· You’re exceptional at leading projects from concept to completion.· You have a strong understanding of the creative process behind the concept, brand building, print and digital design, as well as social and digital brand development.· You have the eye and the ability to put together strong creative freelance teams—from trend, concept designers; photographers; makeup artists to stylists together. · Possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices.· Understand the importance of creating visual experiences on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, etc)· Must understand both static and dynamic visual formats and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions. You’re proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 6, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Flash & experience with Adobe After Effects & video editing skills would be a bonus!)· You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you’re always professional, courteous, and astute with e-communication and be able to make evaluative judgments.· Is passionate about new ways of working, be that with new technology or expanding the creative knowledge and exposure for your collective of designers and is a natural mentor, who is equally open to learning.· Is excited about finding ways to build our collective creative community and wants to impact the creative output and inspiration for your team.
