At the heart of Paper Nations is a desire to help everyone to enjoy and appreciate writing as a pastime or as a career. We run creative programmes for writers, and we conduct creative research into the challenges that writers face as they develop. Most of our work is community based – we collaborate with other writers and with writing organisations to develop pilot projects that explore challenges and opportunities associated with sustaining a creative writing practice. As a key part of this work we gather and analyse evidence from reducational, creative and commercial contexts. Our research aims to create valuable insights into the lives of writers, and results in a variety of outputs for writers and those who support writers.  See for further information.
