The team act on a variety of criminal matters in both the crown and magistrate court including motoring offences, licensing and more serious offences covering murder and sexual assault. THE CRIMINAL DUTY SOLICITOR: The ideal Criminal Police Station Accredited Paralegal will have had some solid experience working in criminal law and will be a police station accredited representative. The appointed Criminal Police Station Accredited Paralegal should be flexible and able to attend the police station out of hours.
