Motivated by helping to shape the overall future direction of Sky Betting & Gaming's CRM?Maybe we should talk.We want to help you become even better, so if you don't have all the skills right now, you'll have an incredibly supportive team who'll do everything it takes to help you become the expert you want to be.What you'll do...• Deliver to the commercial communication plans and ensure quality control of all communications• Identify opportunities to optimise communication throughout the build and delivery process• Provide a focus on value-led, compelling messaging and champion ease and simplicity of understanding across all communications• Use data to find improvements to our communications• Be a safe, reliable and responsible last line of defence• Support the broader CRM team, Marketing Operations and Bet Tribe as necessary• Use all systems and tools such as Cheetahmail, Silverpop, Moveable Ink and Openbet Campaign Manager including building emails in HTMLWhat skills you'll need...You will be personable team playerA real passion and interest in Betting and Gaming is preferableCreative thinkerExcellent attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience using CRM Tools, Photoshop and HTML experience (including Dreamweaver) would be desirable but not essential - the appetite to learn these skills is more important.Working alongside our other CRM Communication Executive you will be trainedAs part of a rota, you must be willing to work weekends, evenings and the some Bank Holiday's as part of this role as you will be required to deliver real time offers to customers during busy periods of sporting eventsWhat you'll get in return...We believe that better is just the beginning and what powers better?
