Key Responsibilities • Telephone customers within allocated territories to regain and increase business by working with and completing current template/checklist for each call • Build up excellent customer relationships & deliver outstanding customer care • Maintain records of calls and customer contact details • Customer quotations • Promote Company Core Range & Website • Develop excellent working relationships with BCHS branches • Reporting to the Branch Account Manager Your skills Excellent Customer Service Skills Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships Positive and professional manner Excellent communication skills, written and verbal A team player with a collaborative approach If you’re ready to work in a team environment alongside talented people who take pride in delivering great results, apply today!
