Customer Service Advisor Newcastle Based - Quorum Business Park £17,680 - £18,137 Salary Plus a Bonus Scheme Full Time & Permanent Full Time Shifts between 07:30am - 9pm - Monday-Sunday 7TH DECEMBER START This Customer Service Advisor role will involve speaking to existing customers on behalf of a leading TV and Broadband provider. Handling inbound calls from customers who have billing or technical support queries. You will handle a variety of calls and we are looking for candidates who will put the customers at the heart of everything they do. We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who have customer service experience, have great communication skills, enjoy problem solving and enjoy giving the customers a great experience.
