JOB TITLE: Customer Service and Student Finance Coordinator
LOCATION: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
SALARY: £12.71-£13.86 per hour + Statutory holiday pay
QRS is working on behalf of an established University within the Cambridgeshire area and are currently recruiting a Customer Service and Student Finance Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis for 1 year.
Role Responsibilities
Managing income generation procedures which will include ongoing liaison with the Student Loans Company.
Liaise with students regarding their loans and refer individual cases to Student Support for representation as appropriate with SLC.
Responsible for the line management of reception, admin and liaison with departments across the group.
Ensure effective customer service across the group for visitors, students and other stakeholders.
Line manage front of house and administrative staff.
Work closely with HE managers and Deputy Director to support the achievement of targets.The person & qualifications
Office management and customer service experience is essential
Experience of financial/budget management
Experience of working within HE
Level 2 AAT qualification is desirable
The start date for this position 30/11/2020.
