Job Title: Customer Service Level 3 Apprentice Salary : £10,000 - £12,000 Location: Uckfield Full time: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week Responsibilities Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market to generate new business for the business Makes telephone calls and in-person visits to existing and prospective customers Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints Coordinates sales effort with the team Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers' value to the organisation Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities Identifies advantages and compares business products Plans and organises personal sales strategy Supplies management/staff with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services Other duties as assigned Requirements Car driver essential Desired skills Previous experience is a strong advantage in a similar role - desired Good listening skills Personal qualities Hardworking Self-motivated Confident and Resilient Honest and reliable A healthy level of competitiveness Enthusiasm Adaptable Thorough Imagination Patient Empathy Commitment Desired qualifications GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and maths at grade 4 / C or above is desired.
