Job Category: Customer Services Job Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom Excellent apprenticeship available in a medical company just outside of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Perfect opportunity to gain valuable office experience whilst earning money and gaining qualifications at the same time! Ideally you will already have some customer service skills, maybe gained from a retail or hospitality role and you are now looking to embark on an office career. You will be a good communicator with decision making and problem solving ability, as well as being adept with IT skills such as MS word, excel and office. Flexible in your outlook with a calm, mature, professional manner and always ready to go the extra mile for the customers. You will demonstrate a desire to improve your own performance with a commitment to put learning and development into practice What will be involved? During the course of the Customer Services Apprenticeship, you will rotate round all four teams within the department. The Apprenticeship will be run in Partnership with Uxbridge College and you will gain a Customer Services Practitioner Level 2 qualification. Completion of the apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level. What kind of responsibilities will I have?
- Processing daily prescription orders
- Making phone calls and emailing customers, GP surgeries and nurses
- Responding to answer phone messages
- Setting up new patients on the system
- Promoting products and services to customers in order to grow the business
- Identify business opportunities and convert these into sales or pass to the relevant teams
- Resolving customer complaints or queries with tracking of deliveries
