Customer Support

Salary: Circa £25,000

Location: London, Soho

Full Time, Permanent

Monday- Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Description

My client offer a unique Fintech solution designed to help small business owners manage their cashflow and obtain finance. Helping small businesses is in their blood and there's nothing they like more than seeing solutions in the hands of new clients, saving them time so they can get on with running their business.

They are now looking for more enthusiastic, like-minded and innovative individuals to join the team. Individuals who love working and interacting with people and who are passionate about supporting clients and finding the right solutions for them.

The role will report directly to the Head of Sales and will be the friendly face of the company, there to guide and help people.

Key things you'll do:

Support our existing client community through phone and online support
Provide product demonstrations for new and existing clients, and screen sharing support to help those who need a little extra help setting things up
Be accountable for overall client satisfaction, helping new clients fully understand our products and how to get the best out of them
Work closely with other team members, such as sales, underwriting and operations to ensure the clients are getting the very best service and outcome
Support the risk department with fact finding, verification and general support

Requirements

We are looking for people with some customer support/success experience, preferably within the Fintech, Finance or Accounting sectors. It's a given that you're a 'people person' and have great communication skills.

The following CV points would also be highly valued:

Many of our clients are Accountants so any accounting knowledge is a strong plus and highly desired- you might be qualified, part qualified, have an accounting degree or have worked within an accounting function before.
You'll be comfortable upselling between our products to make sure the client has the right solution. Sales experience is a plus
Salesforce experience is a plus
