We are looking for a Customer Support Community Coordinator to join a leading technology company on a 11 month fixed term contract. As the European Community coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our clients Community. You'll be expected to work closely with the Community Managers from each subsidiary to help administer and implement specific approved concepts in a timely and creative manner which adheres to the core branding strategy of the Community as well as achieving the specified key performance indicator targets. The Community coordinator will also be expected to work across departments (CS/Marketing/PR/VOC/PL/Product/etc.) to ensure alignment between stakeholders to provide a best in class customer experience using the Community.This position requires strong business acumen, to be proactive, to be support orientated, strong social media and IT proficiency, excellent people & communication skills and have excellent attention to detail to be successful in this position in a highly innovative & fast-paced company.SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: EssentialProactive, independent, responsible attitude.Extensive community management, customer service, or marketing backgroundStrong cross-cultural experience and ability to work with agencies and production companiesAbility with analytics/data to monitor, evaluate and optimize performanceFlexibility to deal with evolving team, individual objectives and challenging market conditionsExcellent written and verbal communication (clear, accurate, complete, actionable)The ability to package and present ideas with clarity, and to convey complex information in an appropriate wayDesiredExperience with, or deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry.Big brand experience in similar industryStrong PowerPoint and Excel skillsGlobal or European experience good but not essentialThis role will be on an 11 month fixed term contract and will pay £20,000-£23,000 per annum dependent on experience.Networkers acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers and is part of Gattaca Plc.
