DevOps Windows Engineer

Skills Overview 4 years + experience in an infrastructure/systems engineering related role IT related certifications are preferred Several years of Linux, Windows and Unix system administration expertise A good understanding of MS Active Directory and Identity Management in general An understanding of cloud-based architecture and security controls as well as hand-on experience securely implementing AWS or other cloud services is beneficial Experience of virtualisation technologies, especially VMWare Network management experience of switch, Router and Firewall configuration, experience with UTM/Next Gen Firewalls is desirable, especially Fortinet and Cisco Kubernetes experience Experience of containerisation technologies, for example Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift beneficial Ideally Should be able to script in one or more the following - MS Powershell, Bash. Ruby, PHP and Javascript. Experience with configuration management techniques and/or platforms and 'infrastructure as code' principles (eg Chef, Puppet, Ansible) Experience with CI/CD pipelines beneficial
