eDiscovery Analyst - Review Solutions
Description The part of our expansion, Lighthouse is looking to recruit a driven and dynamic individual to support their UK Review Solutions team. The Review Solutions Analyst administers client-facing review platforms, provides support for end users, and drives process improvement both internally and for enterprise clients.The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for technology, customer satisfaction, and drive for quality.What You Will Do:Reports to the Senior Director of eDiscoverySupports all client-facing document review and analytics platforms, including training, end user support, and documentation.Executes project-specific tasks in Relativity, Brainspace and Lighthouse proprietary applications, including loading, searching, batching, TAR review, support for privilege review and logging, and quality control.Trains review teams, counsel, and case managers on review platforms and Lighthouse proprietary applications.Maintains internal project tracking systems and chain of custody records.Supports internal process improvement initiatives.Exposure to wider activities of the Service Delivery team, include data collection, intake, processing and productions.What You Will must be suited to a client-facing role and have experience in eDiscovery. Specific requirements include the years' legal or eDiscovery industry experience or equivalent education required, e.g. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Forensics or equivalent qualification.Experience with typical document review workflows and a working knowledge of the EDRM.Experience of Relativity and Brainspace desired, ideally accredited to RCA level for Relativity, or competence to pass the RCA within a year of joining. Experience with other review platforms is also positive.Experience manipulating data with SQL and/or C# highly desired but not essential.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to tailor technical discussions to non-technical audiences.Collaborative approach to working among internal teams on both specific projects and process improvement.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skillsAbility to provide concise and clear case updates and handovers.Flexibility in unanticipated situations; ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.Adaptability to work out-of-hours depending on business demand.
